Who the heck are we?
Dog Doodads was created by me, Ron Vaughn, as a labor of love and appreciation for all dogs everywhere and my own canine friends, past and present. Originally I wasn't even going to include an About Us page for this website but then I realized I wouldn't be able to brag about my dogs.
I've been honored to be the friend and companion to three of the best Golden Retrievers on the planet. As you can see in the picture on the left they're all beautiful red goldens. Lying down in front is Hannah (14 years old), the mother of the other two. Her two boys are Rambo on the left and Harley on the right (who, unfortunately, both passed away in the prime of their lives from cancer). That's Harley in the picture on the right with the sunglasses on. Hannah is still hanging in there.
This website is dedicated to my three goldens. All three have brought so much love and enjoyment into my life that I wanted to do something to enrich their lives and the lives of all other dogs and their companions. Dog Doodads is the way I'm doing that.
I hope you find this website helpful and are able to use it to enrich the lives of your special friends. We really owe them so much, I don't think we can do too much to repay them for their love and loyalty.
And please tell your friends and family members, who are also dog lovers, to visit this website so it can grow and improve for the benefit of dogs and people everywhere.
